Chicken Delish and their Mouth Watering Dishes
I admit I am a chicken food lover, either fried, grilled, or with soup. I went to the Best Food Forward event last saturday but I don’t remember stumbling in this place, but I just found that most of the delicacies there are delicious.
One of the stalls named Chicken Delish provides mouth watering chicken dishes. Customers may choose different gourmet sauces like sweet and spicy sauce, Pinoy barbecue, sriracha, Pinoy buffalo and good old salt and pepper.
Additional info, Sriracha is Thai hot sauce mixed with butter and honey.
Some Customers, mostly guys, ask for buffalo wings, which are also my favorite chicken dish, where Chicken Delish has a bottle ready along with blue cheese dressing. Four-piece chicken wings cost for P90 while two-piece drumsticks are at P120.
The owner of Chicken Delish is my fellow blogger, Annalyn Jusay-Zoglmann, says “It came to a point that I wasn’t just happy serving my chicken at home as I was also pondering my retirement from the corporate jungle and embarking on a business. Am really entrepreneurial by nature and I saw a trend for gourmet fried chicken in the market, not just inasal. I went ahead to test my business idea in the Soderno Sunday market last year and after its initial success with the weekend crowd, an opportunity came for me to open a stand-alone store at the Caltex Gas station in Better Living, Paranaque City. I’ve also been joining bazaars like the Midnight Mercato in the Fort to gain further exposure for my product.”
Well AJ, I hope I’ll see Chicken Delish some time in Better Living, Caltex Gas station is one tricycle ride from my place, or just walk if I want to exercise myself (LOL) just to have some of your buffalo chicken dishes.
