It’s a good billion-dollar deal, Instagram is now acquired by Facebook!
Apparently, I saw the news first on Facebook itself based on Mark Zuckerberg’s wall post which is “I’m excited to share the news that we’ve agreed to acquire Instagram and that their talented team will be joining Facebook…”
