Happy 10th Birthday Facebook! What’s your own Facebook story?
We all know that Facebook (formerly Thefacebook), started very small during the early social media (Friendster, Myspace, Multiply, etc.) era which was developed by Mark Zuckerberg and Eduardo Saverin last February 4, 2004.
Now as we celebrate Facebook’s 10th year in the industry, Im gonna share my own Facebook highlights:
September 4, 2007 : I joined Facebook.
October 15, 2007 : My first ever Facebook post (Asian Babes related).
October 17, 2008 : First time being tagged through Facebook photo.
January 2009 – onwards : The Facebook activity begins (status, video and photo share, etc.)
March 2009 – June 2010: Addiction to Facebook Apps (Games like Farmville, Mafia Wars, Car Town).
November 2010 – present: Shoot, Upload, Share era begins (Photosharing begins).
September 4, 2011 – present: Cosplay and event blogger era begins (Share photos and blog link).
October 26, 2011 – present: Facebook page era begins (Jpacelajado and Cosplayerscorner).
Now, Facebook had done a lot of things to me, especially on my field of work because I am an Online Marketer for Resorts World Manila. I can’t believe that I’ve been using facebook for more than 6 years so HAPPY BDAY Facebook!
