How does it feel to be rejected and the rejection reached the world wide web? This sucks because it’s like being rejected in front of millions of people. Like Derek, I was also rejected by a girl when I was in high school which I think my first “friendzone” moments where she told me that she had a boyfriend and I am much better as a friend. Luckily, social media was not that popular before so posting updates and status messages were very rare.

For those who are not familiar of Derek Lorenzo’s Youtube video “Anna Banana”, which was dedicated to his classmate named Anna, was uploaded in February 2012 and it reached more than 1.5 million total views as of Aug 31, 2012. This was the video:
